Both have their own issues. It’s like asking between devil and deep sea. PTI had many choices and everyone of them was 10000000 times more competent than Khota Buzdar. Few examples are Mian Aslam Iqbal, Hasnain Bahadur Dreshak ( ex finance minister, belongs to Rajan Pur, an area that is equal or more backward than Buzdar’s Taunsa), Fawad Chaudhry ( he won both MPA and MNA seats), Rai Murtaza Iqbal ( he won both MPA and MNA seats). Even Shahbaz Gill could have been elected in bye-elections on any of the seat vacated by Fawad Chaudhry or Rai Murtaza Iqbal.

But, alas! Buzdar’s Peerni connection proved fatal for the people of Punjab and IK will definitely pay the price for this decision.

You have nailed it. Overseas Pakistanis have made it mandatory for themselves to defend each and every decision that IK has made. As far as ISPR interns and PTI’s social media cell are concerned, it is their job description to defend government. That are paid for it.

Please ask him to read my post where I have given few names from PTI who have many more active brain cells than Buzdar’s. Many many times on this forum I have blown away the hollow logic of PTI supporters that Buzdar has been made CM because he is from backward area of South Punjab. I ask them to Google Rajan Pur and Hasnain Bahadur Dreshak and they will be ashamed of their argument.
