No doubt SC is too soft towards them, the reason could be that SC Judges know Pakistanis love to elect crooks and thieves which is why they left it on Pakistanis to decide in NA 120 elections. But I agree that courts should give verdicts based on justice, NAB already included a clause in the references for giving forged documents. Now trail court can punish Aal e Shar on forgery.

That is why SC appointed a monitoring Judge (Justice Ijaz Afzal). NAB has very limited authority now as they have to act according to monitoring judge's directions! Lets hope for the best and see what happens in future.
