یہی بات میں کل سے مسلسل لکھ رہا ہوں کہ اصل مسئلہ یہی ہے کہ ریاست بجائے مظلوموں اور مقتولوں کے لواحقین کو تحفظ دینے کے ، قاتلوں اور ظالموں کے شانہ بشانہ کھڑی ہے

ایسے میں مقتولین خون بہا لینے پر مجبور نا ہوں تو اور کیا کریں .

حالاں کہ صرف ڈرا دھماکا کر بھی ہو سکتا تھا

ok . If that is case , then the family should also give some financial assistence to shahzeb's friends (500 million is a big amount) who were at front foot during the campaign .
If shahzeb's family is in danger so is his friends

In a country where a raped women like shazia khalid had to leave the country then it shouldn't be a surprise that shahzeb parents decided to leave. One who goes through these things knows better.

I can't believe. This was a special case........SC took Suo Moto action, crIminal was brought back from UAE, father was from police deptt. DSP, case was strongly filed, and courts sanctioned death penalty, media and civil society fully supported the grieved family... what else on earth one could get more from the system.................while enjoying un-wavered support from all corners.. the family could seek protection from Nabeel Gabol like relatives....................I think they fell for money and came under pressure for effortless life. They could take firm stance to make a national test case for the uphold of rule of law and future protection of so many SHAHZEBS.........BUT they fell vey short.......History is made like this way not the one they followed................

Qisas is the law of Allah. I think Shahzeb's parents have made the right decision and Allah will compensate them for their forgiveness. Holy Prophet (pbuh) has encouraged to forgive murderers after taking Qisas. The reason is quite obvious. Shahzeb has already lost his life. His murederers would have lost their lives as well or at least they would have spent most of their life behind bars. That would have destroyed so many lives. That would have been a lose-lose situation. By accepting Qisas Shahzeb's parents have acted divinely by saving so many other lives. Please give them due respect.

This is not the case of Diyat(according to sharia) It is terrorism case,having weapon without the license and leaving the country within days(sharukh).the people who helped this GHUNDA/BADMASH should be punished and throw behind the bar.As per Pakistan's law if this case is under "TERRORIST ACT"(which for sure is) than court has not legal right to release this bloody murderer.So many other big people are involved to release this killer.Shame on the filthy law.
