No I dont think so, last time many judges lobbied against him,
So it's better that political parties like PTI, JI etc. and bar courts should file cases and the chief justice should give decision according to the law.
And this time he should give punishments as well so that noone should dare to play with the fate of Pakistani people.

Chief justice? no CHEAP Justice!
He should order Showbaz bhikari to provide funds and security to ECP and if Shobaz refuses then send him home.Hos is CJ going to prove ECP had mala fide intent?.The election must be held after 90 days.If they are not held in 90 days then it is the violation of the constitution.There is no need to discuss the intent.

What I have understood until now , Pakistan's biggest problem is "Qahat ul Rijal".
They have not got the balls, despite all the fake bravado shown and "Izat" ka shoor machana". But it is now a established that the most cowardly men in the world are Pakistani men. No matter what field they belong to.
I always use to think why Pakistan is in such bad state, and how thugs in PMLN and PPP manage to come to power regularly.
It is very clear that the come to power by massively rigging the elections through the networks they have created. So it is a catch 2020. Their created network deliver them the power and in return the give benefits to the networks members. It is very clear that IK would have got the simple majority, but RTS was stopped so rigging could take place. PTI lost the seats they were leading and they had to rely on smaller parties So the discord was sown at the time of the elections.
With such evil people doing such absurd and evil planning, Pakistanis and Pakistan have no chance to combat these thugs.

The longer these corrupt PDM beggars and their shameless handlers play with constitution the more people will hate them. Pakistan's situation is going to go worse each passing day.
