If exam is not given then there should be no promotion and if promotions has to be given then only to those children whose whole family members above 18 have been vaccinated. Obviously grade 10, 12 and all professionals cannot be promoted without exam.

Poori aik generation of failures tayyar ho rahi hai. They are taking exams every where , why not Pakistan when the number of cases are not high !!!
Don’t postponed the exams otherwise , uneducated people will go to universities, these people will become doctors, engineers and other professionals tomorrow with zero knowledge!!
