It is very dangerous act of Government to hand over Government Hospitals to Private institutions and due to this act, the poor and underprivileged people will not be able to get free and quality healthcare treatment. It is a business deal, nothing else.

A turkish firm is being hired to run these DHQs. Previously, the govt had planned on privatizing all of Punjab's hospitals, starting with Mayo...but had to recede after protests from doctors. Now they will do it piecemeal, and very likely hand it out to Indus hospital management, which is run by a turkish firm.
Privatization and outsourcing....that is where the commission lies.

ہمارے نزدیک یہ نہ صرف غریب اور متوسط طبقات سے صریحاََ اور کھلی دشمنی ہے بلکہ ایک ناکام اور رجعت پسند آیڈیالوجی کو فقط نظریاتی غلامی کی بنیاد پر قوم پر مسلط کرنا ہے۔
ووچر سسٹم پر سکولنگ، جو کہ شہباز شریف نے اڈاپٹ کی ہے اور پرایویٹ ہیلتھ کیر ، دونوں نظام کیسے جسٹیفایَ ہو سکتے ہیں اور کہاں کامیاب ہوے ہیں۔

بظاہر یہ دونوں احمق بھای ریگن کی پالیسی جسکے غریب دشمنی ہونے پر تو کسی کو کبھی کویَ شک یا اختلاف نہیں، مگر آج، جب وہ ہر جگہ اقتصادی طور پر ناکام ثابت ہیں، وہ بھی ایک پاکستان جیسے ملک میں جہاں عمومی قوتِ خرید نہ ہونے کے برابر ہے، کس جواز پر جسٹیفای ہو سکتی ہیں یا جایزَ ہیں۔
بنیادی طور پر تو سبھی کنزروٹیو نظر یاتی اسیر ہیں، تاہم وہ اپنی پالیسیوں کو ایفیشنسی اور مارکیٹ کمپٹیشن کے کھوکھلے نظریات سے ثابت کرتے ہیں ۔
کیا کوَی مثال یا تجربہ پچھلے تیس چالیس سال میں موجود ہے جہان یہ سچ ثابت ہوا ہو۔ یہاں بات کسی ایک ڈاکٹر یا ہسپتال کی نہیں بلکہ پورے ہیلتھ کیر نظام اور اسپر اخراجات کی ہے۔



نوٹ ۔۔۔۔پاکستان جیسے ملک میں، جہاں دو ایسی سیاسی پارٹیوں کا قبضہ رہا ہے جو دونوں، اپنی اصل میں اقتدار پسند، اپنے ممبران کے مفادات کے محافظ اور اقتصادی و اخلاقی مجرموں کے ٹولے ہیں اور یہ واضح ہے انکی کویَ حقیقی سیاسی یا نظریاتی ا ساس نہیں سو ان لوگوں کے نظریات پر بات کرنا عجیب اور بے محل ہے۔ مگر مجبوراََ انکو ایسی پایسیوں کے نظریہ سے جوڑنا پڑتا ہے کہ بات کی وضاحت ہو سکے۔

۔ شرم تو شہباز شریف کو نہیں آتی جو شعر تو عوامی جالب کے پڑھتا ہے، مگرہر اقتصادی نظریہ اور نظام جالب کے خیالات کے ایک سو اسی ڈگری الٹ ہے۔ ہمت کرے اور ان لوگوں کا نام لے جن کا وہ نظریاتی مرید ہے۔

Since when government hospitals are expected to earn profit? The only way to make a hospital profitable is to charge high fee from patients...so high that it is more than all of the expenses of the hospital. Ordinary people in Pakistan can not afford to pay fee so high to make a hospital profitable. Government hospitals, like government schools are not to earn profit. These organization are supposed to be non-profit and provide service to common people. But Mafia Raj does not understand and does not care.
