We don’t carry storage capacity, 4 months ago no one knew if rates would go up or down, how can you make a decision.

We don't need storage capacity for ordering in advance, Pakistan has ordered multiple times 3-4 months in advance. Even for the second window of 26-27 September they are being offered 40% cheaper rates. When you tender for a ship after 20-25 days you will get same rate.

You will definitely get a lower price for a tender for December rather you would tender for next week in the last week November.
