All over the world including decent civilized nations, its the government who appoints Judges from Supreme Court to District Courts and this is the only workable agreed practice in the world. Similarly, Judges can be removed from office through impeachement in house of representatives of people and in our case its the parliment. So, whats the big fuss?

Khote, in those country, if any public employee, parliamentarian or even security official try to interfere with the system of justice or implementation of justice is send to the jail. All these generals and Government officials would have been prosecuted and send to the jail for the illegal activities they perform in Pak.
