جب کمیشن کہ چکا کے اگر ان کی بنیاد پر فیصلہ آتا تو پاکستان کے لیے حالات مشکل ہو جاتے ہمارے حالات بے ایمانی سے ہی ساز گار رہتے ہیں یہ اعلی ترین عدالت کا خیال ہے. تو اب رہنے دو.لیکن یہ کیا کم ہے کے دھاندلی کرنے والوں کو یہ تو ضرور پتا چلا قوم مری ہوئی اندھی گونگی اور بھری نہیں رہے گی اب
یا تو اگلے الیکشن شفاف ہوں گے پاکستان میں یا مقابلہ دھاندلی کا مقابلہ ہو گا جب جرم ہی نہیں تو شرمانا کیسا؟.

دھاندلی کی دو قسمیں ہوتی ہیں، ایک منظم دھاندلی اور دوسری غیر منظم دھاندلی، اب پاکستان میں مقابلہ دھاندلی کا مقابلہ ہوا کرے گا، کیونکہ جب یہ جرم ہی نہیں رہا تو کھل کر کرو.

Please read carefully the most important part of findings of Commission in the following Paragraph 534:
534. However on account of the potential serious
consequences which its findings may have on the Governing of the
State and potential criminal consequences for individuals the
Commission did not deem it appropriate to adopt a standard of
proof lower than the balance of probabilities.
Is this not enough that commission acted beyond its jurisdiction and adopted their own standard's of proof and avoided to investigation under the power given to the commission through the ordinance of its formation.
It is clear violation of law and must be challenged as the members of the commission violate the decision of Supreme Court against "Law of necessitate"
Let's demand for the trail of these members of the commission for the volition of their oath and constitution.

Funny, or rather, sad part is that the woman is making this video with the full knowledge of the woman being videotaped...and the reason is that the tape has to be shown to the bigwigs of the party as proof of puncture having been applied.
But according to JC, this is not proof that rigging happened in Pakistan. These shalwar kameez aunties could be in India or Bangladesh, and the urdu voice could be dubbed. Ah well.
Something tells me that now more and more videos, and perhaps even that elusive 35 puncture tape will make its way into the limelight somehow.
