Every single person should be finger printed.
Teach parents to never let your kids go alone.
Use IB and Special branch investigators to curb this menace from KASUR.
I though its NS who is not doing anything but Niazi is doing the same lazy attitude. Dont wait for the next scene, pre emptively do some strict measures.
Make legislation for minimum 25 year imprisonment
