Unfortunately, our security institutions have tasted blood in the form of political power in the country. They will not relinquish their control until the very word 'army' becomes a slur across Pakistan.
It is not even Bajwa and his top brass anymore. It is clear that as an institution this is their policy upon which they are unified.
