As per your analysis...A chief minister from PTI (Buzdar) is a chief Minister, not because Party head Imran Khan wished to be...but for the coalition partner, Chaudhrys of Gujrat of PML-Q, who has has only 10 seats in Punjab Assembly. PTI has 181 seats.

Hahaha....Like you said, A wise man never knows all, so may be he don't even know that
only fools know every thing? And if a person knows every thing, how could he be a fool? and not a wise man? But by definition, he can't be a wise man as a wise man never knows all.
Oh man I am so confused...Now who is a wise man and who is a fool? ..I don't know all that

A wise man never knows all means wise man never comment on subjects which he doesn't know or have very little knowledge. In other words wise man never pretends to know everything.
Similarly a fool knows everything means although he doesn't have good knowledge on a particular subject yet a fool pretends to know It & pass his judgment.
It's like Hamid Mir knows what was in meeting inside PM house, in GHQ, in ISI head office, & senior people of all political parties call him & give him information...actually they use him...to propagate the rumors. That is the reason he is fool.
