چیف جسٹس انور ظہیر جمالی کی سربراہی میں عدالت عظمیٰ کے پانچ رکنی بینچ نے بدھ کو وزیرِ اعظم کے خلاف دائر درخواستوں کی سماعت کے دوران ریمارکس میں کہا کہ الزام لگانے والی پارٹی اور جس پر الزام لگایا گیا ہے دونوں نے جو دستاویزات عدالت میں جمع کرائی ہیں وہ کوئی بھی فیصلہ دینے کے لیے ناکافی ہیں، لہٰذا اِس معاملے کی تحقیق کے لیے کیوں نہ کمیشن بنا دیا جائے۔

PTI submitted bull in the court. judges kept telling them not to submit newspaper cuttings and speeches but this is all they had. No solid paper work.

When PM statement in National assembly become political and Qatri letter become proof then only way to prove such case is to handover Sharif family to SHO of a Punjab Police and in few hours you will have the results.
When Ishaq Dar admitted money laundering then what kind of proof we need?

Can Qatri family prove they bought these flats in 1993 and able to show money trail?

i think pti screwed the case, but one thing that totally goes against shareefs and was probably sufficient for the court was shareefs were unable to provide a proper money trail.

like I said, I am not wakeel. I can only read court remarks and it was clear that court was not getting what it wanted.
if shareefs have to demonstrate non-guilty then they must provide paper trail, which they did not I believe.
if pti had to proof money laundering took place then they should have provided some papers showing the money laundering and/or missing assets from shareefs returns. PTI did provide something but it was not black and white.

no doubt, shareefs case look very weak and I hope they are caught and insulted.
