Presidential and Governor system is best with tehsil and union counsels. But you need to change judicial sector as well. Judicial system is pathetic........Also we need smaller provinces. Punjab into 3 provinces, Sindh into 3, KPK into 3, Baluchistan into 4 or 5.......
So only Khan can do this. So create his moral authority first.
