He was shot down......check out his interview while under custody. And yes, dont forget to listen to his statement he recorded before being handed over. He did that solely in order to get released. If that isnt cowardice, I dont know what is.

Why Indian government didn't give award this award to Akshay Kumar, Ajay Devgun, Shahrukh instead of Abhinandan despite his performance was not great? Abhinanadan's only dialogue got publicity Tea is fantastic.
