Because they eat unhealthy food - seriously, not kidding. I haven't see this video, but that is the honest truth. Their immune system is bad

Don't know what are the exact reasons for higher suspect ability of AfricanAm. to covid-19. That needs to be investigated - it is due to different immune systems or due socio-economic conditions or due to disparity in health care.
However, African and European immune system are different due to genetic reasons. African, in general, have better response to bacterial and other infections.
African Am. might have "unhealthy" or different food habits but how have you correlated them to their immune system?
