Constitution is a contract between common civilians and governing bodies. Its suppose to secure the freedom of common man the actual owner of the state and country.
But unfortunately this has never been the case. A piece of paper is absolutely useless without power. Jiski lathi uski bhens

پاکستان میں نئے آئین کی شدید ضرورت ھے اور یہ آئین عوام کے ریفرنڈم کے زریعے پونا چاہیے ھر پارٹی آپنا آئیں بنائے آور آس کو عوام کے سامنے ریفرنڈم کی صورت میں پیش کردیں آور عوام جس بھی آئیں کو ووٹ دے گی اس آئیں کو پاکستان کا آئین بنایا جائے اور اس آ ئیں کو کم ازکم 60 فیصد ووٹ لینا ھوگا آئیں 20 سالوں کے لئے ھوگا آور 29 سالوں بعد دوبارہ آئین عوام کے سامنے پیش کیا جائے گا اور جو بھی تبدیلیاں عوام کی امنگوں کے مطابق ھوگا وہ تبدیلیاں لا کر 60 فیصد ووٹ دو بارہ سے لینا ھوگا اور جو بھی اداراہ یا شخص آئین کے مطابق نہیں چلے گا اس شخص یا گروہ یا پارٹی یا ادارے کو آئین وقانون کے مطابق سزا دی جائے گی

Constitutions are man made laws and not divine laws. So don't portray it as if it is something divine.
