What happened to "KASHMIR" issue??

It seems like as soon as the Kashmir issue was highlighted internationally, this Fazlu and co came to rescue the oppressors.

There was no BIG blunder that this govt did that could trigger Fazlu. The media has put Kashmir in back burner while it should be the issue to raise.

Anyone thinks that this is a coincidence ??
