Sorry, I don’t agree with you. the raising of donations was a political stunt. The current government does not have the administrative/technical capacity to lead such a mega project. That’s why the above questions are never addressed in a presser.
You don't have to agree, but as you have not searched out the facts, you actually don't know what progress has or has not been made, therefore your assertion that current govt does not have capacity is not backed by any facts.
On 27th Aug 2013, Ishaq Dar said that work on Bhasha, Dasu Dams will start simultaneously, and both will be completed by 10-12 years. (you can google to find these statements)
Please let us know what progress was made by the previous govt, and what state they left the project in May 2018? According to Dar, it should have been at least 40% complete?
Can you share some photos of this 40% complete project as I'm assuming you think PMLN had the right administrative/technical capacity to get this project done?
