Where will the money come from for Mega projects like Bhasha and Dasu Dams? The two in AJK might be completed by loans of $1.4B and $2.4B, respectively, from China. But, the ones I mentioned above require financing in the range of 14-18 Billion dollars, and as of now, no one has pledged to finance them.

Years later, when these dams begin generating electricity, the party in power at that time will take credit for them. That is how it works in our country.
