It is high time to to eliminate the Elements in Judiciary who made the entire judiciary a mockery.
System should be cleaned from Justice Qayyum, Justice Qazi Faez Isa Judge Arshad Malik...typed dishonest people.
Instead of hiding behind technicality Qazi Isa should disclose money source & money trail to London in court.
First prove yourself innocent & honest & than take action against President, PM & Law Minister Qazi Faez Isa.

Why doesn’t these people protest outside Supreme Court it’s there tax money they looting less money to spend on public.

This is exactly what I have been saying since 2014 when rigging commission gave verdict that elections were 'largely' free, fair and transparent. Anyone who had witnessed those elections can only laugh at that judgement.
Forget supreme court, even a session court judge has enough power to sack PM of Pakistan according to the 1973 constitution. On the other hand, nobody can sack a sitting judge except supreme judicial council (which is comprised of judges). Let's not even talk about the suo moto rights which were turned into a joke by Ifthikhar don who took notices on samosa prices and wine bottles recovered from actress Atiqa Odho. All this while the country was collapsing in front of them.
Imagine that with all these powers, if all these judges were doing their jobs correctly for last 70+ years would Pakistan be a failed state?

Simple way forward for government is check all judges assets before they become a judge and now if they give a legit proof it's fair enough if not then they should face the cases.this is Islamic republic country not alkumonia where judges are sacred cow no one ask them what was money trail for their properties.
