Top Horizontal Row Freezing for the Home Page

I saw in the new setup that the horizontal row is being frozen, when the user scrolls down it freezes on the top. I don't know who gave you this idea to do it. It reduces the space on the page when user scrolls down and user cannot view all the threads and posts. This is inefficient and aesthetically it does not look good. Its also not user friendly. I request the management team to remove this setting and allow us to view full page like we use to have. Thanks.
