If Pakistan was a normal country like Europe, North America, Japan, Korea where you have realistic laws, freedom of speech, human rights then almost all overseas Pakistanis would come back.

But its mostly because of Zia Ul Haq's legacy that Pakistan is in such a mess. Destroyed our education system, radicalized the youth and infected the political system with incompetence, corruption and nepotism. It has been many decades since his rule but Pakistan is still limping from it.
