Ths No Confidence (NC) is Invalid/Void ab-Initio, as pr Constitution of Pak

Horse Trading (HT)/Floor Crossing, is prohibited and illegalize in our constitution. Govt is working on, that whose vote would counted or not, fine they may continue doing it but my concern is, that Horse Trading is exposed and accepted by opposition (ary TV Program, and PTI left members interviews), in current No Confidence motion, which a criminal/illegal and unconstitutional act. An act/law which is in violation of constitution of Pakistan is ab- initio void (as directed by constitution)...therefor is in-valid....Govt must instantly reject this No Confidence motion on the basis of Horse Trading (member shave accepted they have given tickets promises), and reference be filed into court on constitutional ground...Proceeding be filed against ones who are involved in horse trading...
If Oppositions want they can re submit their no confidence motion...but this one is invalid.
Govt was concerned about OIC..they may raise this point SC now..

Nothing but the vote of such a member is a valid proof of his floor crossing.
Plus, floor crossing does not apply to the coalition partners.

If coalition partners side with the opposition, then, even by getting the vote from all the traded MNAs of PTI, Khan is going to lose big time.

The only way to make it happen is wheeling dealing.
PTI should resolve matters with the coalition partners first.
Secondly, they need to ensure that their traded horses are out of the race.

ساری جنگ آرمی چیف کی اپائنٹمنٹ کی ہے کہ اس کا فیصلہ کون کرے گا پی ٹی آئی یا ن لیگ۔ ان دونوں کو لگتا ہے کہ جس کا اپنا آرمی چیف ہو گا وہی اگلا الیکشن بھی جیتے گا۔ اور یہی اس قوم کی سب سے بڑی بد نصیبی ہے۔
دوسری طرف لگتا یہ ہے کہ بڑے صاحب بھی اس مسئلے پر ن لیگ کے ساتھ ہیں۔ اس کی وجہ شاید عمران خان کا کسی ایک جنرل کے حق میں بہت حد تک آگے چلے جانے سے باقی سب جنرلوں کو ناراض کر لینا ہے۔ میرے ذاتی خیال میں یہ ایک سیاسی غلطی تھی۔ عموما وزرأ اعظم آخری وقت تک سارے ہی سینئر جنرلوں کو امید کی لڑی میں پروئے رکھتے رہے ہیں اور ہر ایک اپنی طرف سے اس وزیراعظم کا اندرون خانہ ساتھ دیتا ہوا نظر آنا چاہتا تھا تاکہ اس کی پروفائل وزیراعظم کی نظر میں وقت آنے تک بہتر سے بہتر ہو جائے۔
لیکن جب آپ چار پانچ بڑے جنرلز میں سے ایک دو سال پہلے ہی ایک کو چن لیں گے تو باقی چار تو آپ کی چھٹی کرانے پر تُل ہی جائیں گے نا۔
اور ساتھ ہی جو اِن کمانڈ جنرل ہو گا وہ بھی اِری ٹیٹ ہوگا۔ قدرتی بات ہے۔​
