Afghanistan lost all the games of this World Cup but the defeat that would have hurt them the most would have been the very last one by Pakistan. They were thinking they were about to win a match against Pakistan in a world Cup. They were extremely close. The team may not be able to sleep tonight. This kind of defeat really hurts. Ask any Indian who watched the match in Sharjah in which Javed Miandad scored a six on the last ball. And they would tell you that it still hurts.
Afghanistan deserved this painful defeat because they were very cocky before the start of the game.
It is lesson from God to them that

We should be happy on the win but also keep in mind that umpiring and luck favored us a lot. There were two clear decisions of caught behind (Haris Sohail) and LBW (Imad Waseem) which went in our favor. Otherwise, we would have lost it.

My last comment described Afghan players mentally exactly.
A team whose players were given Pakistani facility to train, who were freely using Pakistani premises to live. Who were given brotherly treatment had said prior to the start of the game that while we are gowing down, we will take Pakistan with us.
And no. Everyone knows Pakistan AFGHANISTAN MATCH was much closer than India Afghanistan match. I am quite sure many Afghani players would have teary eyes at the end of the game.
This is how God punishes to unthankful. The nah-shukrays.

Pakistan should play their cards right. We should pay afghanistan in their own Coin. I would give permanent residence NOT citizenship to all afghanis living in Pakistan ?

Those afghanis born in Pakistan can become citizens. Any afghani on permanent residence found in any anti-pakistani activity should be deported . We should make such examples out of any anti-Pakistani element. Make it clear to them.

We should be holding those afghanis responsible for their hostile behaviour and reward those who are friendly to Pakistan.
