Some joghni's are very keen on exploiting "hatred" in other state education systems, yet they are totally heedless to the biggest attrocities committed in their own elementary education system. Why not first eliminate the "hate within" (bigsmile). Learning starts with the respect of the learned and if the teachers are disrespected based on who they are within the same society, then such people are in NO POSITION to preach to others ! .

Hear lets read this story and let it be a lesson to those to claim others hate them and let them first bite the bullet and make them love each other first before pointing fingers at others. After all Charity and love does begin at HOME (bigsmile)

Gopalgunj, Bihar: For five years, Seema Kumari has taught Science to children aged 3 to 12 at a government school in Bihar's Gopalgunj district.

She sits on the floor while she's coaching her students. In her classroom, there is no chair for her. "I am from a lower caste. That's why they don't let me sit on a chair. I have gone through a lot of agony because of this discrimination," she says, matter-of-factly.

If she betrays no emotion, it is because her battle for equality has been a lengthy and exacting one. Last year, she complained to the District Magistrate, pointing out that teachers from other castes were allowed to use chairs in their classrooms. That led to the principal of the school, Lal Dhari, being briefly suspended. He's back at work now, and remains unapologetic about Seema's work conditions. "Her appointment was not as per rules, so there is no question of giving her a chair,"he says.


Dhari alleges that Seema forged the documents required to qualify for her job. There is no proof of this, nor has Dhari ever complained about this to the local administration. In fact, Seema was one of the teachers appointed to government schools in the state as part of a government scheme in 2005.

"We will enquire into this and no one will be spared if found guilty," said Dr. Rakesh Chowdhary, District Education Officer, Gopalgunj.

Seema has a Bachelor's degree in Science. She earns Rs. 5000 a month to help support her family - her husband and two children. Though teachers' salaries are considered by many to be a national embarrassment, Seema says her students' respect is what's really worth earning. In addition to that, what she is in search of is some dignity.

برہمن ہی پڑھنے لکھنےکا کام کرے گا۔ اور شودر ذات چھوٹے موٹے اور خدمت کریں گے۔ یہی وہ وقت تھا جب مذہبی لوگوں نے عام ادمی کے لکھنے پڑھنے پر پابندی عائد کر دی اور کہا گیا کہ اگر کوئی شودر مذہبی حکام اور کتابیں پڑھتا یا سنتا پایا گیا تو اسکے کانوں اور آنکھوں میں سیسہ پگھلا کر ڈالا جائے۔ آج بھی کسی بھی مذہب کے ماننے والے کہتے پائے جائیں گے کہ یہ کتاب الہامی حکم کو سمجھنا عام انسان کے بس کا روگ نہیں صرف عالم حضرات ہی اس کی سمجھ رکھتے ہیں، وغیرہ وغیرہ۔ یہ وہی رویہ ہے جو کسی بھی مذہب کو ایجاد کرنے والے ہمیشہ گھڑتے آئے ہیں۔ اور اس رویے کا مقصد اس مذہب کی اجارہ داری حاصل کرنے کے سوا اور کچھ نہیں ہے۔مغرب میں پرینٹگ پریس نے ان مقدس کتابوں کو معمولی قیمت میں عام آدمی کی پہنچ ان تک کر دی۔ اور تبھی مغربی سائینس دانوں کی پہلی نسل اور چرچ کے پادریوں کی مدبھیڑ ہوئی۔ اور آج بایئبل مقدس کے اس سچ کو کوئی ماننے کو تیار نہیں کہ سورج زمین کے گرد گھومتا ہے۔ اسی طرح دوسرے مذہبوں کی تمام کتابیں بھی ، اس دعوی کے باوجود کہ وہ الہام ہیں، انسانی مغالطوں اور سطحی تحریروں اور بور کر دینے والی خطابت سے اٹی پڑی ہیں۔​
