Given that one of the suspects was released in 2013 after committing a gang rape, it seems fake encounter might be the only solution.
Mujey ye lagta hey ke ye dounon pictures Punjab polce peley bhi kisi aur incidence mein issue ker chukki hey........Punjab Police is trying to hide something.......I am 100% sure POLICE is involved in this incidence......

The victim will surely know who raped her. If they were not the suspects then I'm sure she will speak out.

This is a normal practice in the world to publish the pictures of culprits in case anyone knows thier whereabouts can contact the relevant authorities.

Now they will kill these two to show these are the culprits. as who ever will see them will try to kill then as he will get fame as well as satisfaction/honor etc. My guts feeling is They already have these in the custody in some other cases.how dumb they think this public is. Stupid media plus police. Aik aurat aur mard kheeto may bhaag gaya...kuch govt Kay loogh involve hain zaroor. Jinho nay inn dono Koo bheja...look like they use to work for them...now to save them they might kill them.

If the culprits escaped it means someone with police info tipped them off. If the victim called the police for help when the fuel ran out then all the people who handled the call should be investigated. What are the chances that habitual rapists happen to be driving near where a woman is stranded on a motorway??? the mind boggles.

This is not an easy task especially in Pakistan where our police/investigation is not at par with developed world.

Keeping aside how bad and useless our police is, but this is not the police's job to get you fuel any where in the world. There are roadside assistance and tow companies that do this job, not the police.
In fact here in the UAE you run out of fuel you could even be fined for it.

Let me also be very clear I'm not victim blaming just clearing up the misunderstanding the police or govt is responsible for even trivial matters such as running out of gas.

They must be interrogated thoroughly, before any punishment (Death penalty) awarded to them, because there are many actions in this case that points towards politician involvement in the occurrence of this rape and government must try to get to that root cause.
