Suggestions to Improve Governance

1. New provincial budget shall be based on Tehsil Level and allocations shall sent directly to Tehsil Funds.
2. Tehsil shall be responsible to distribute budget to Union councils. With each Tehsil getting a healthy share from development fund will introduce progress and development in the rural and urban areas. Government must only held audits of the funds through NAB or any other independent thirs party. Quality of work shall be checked by the Government or through third parties.
3. An APP shall be introduced to find corrupt people in government line of services. Anyone can registered its complain against any government officer.
4. Ministry of Governance Control shall be introduced to handle and deal with corrupt officials under judicial magistrate.
5. Any deal worth more tha 100,000 rupees shall be through banking channels. Otherwise it shall be considered illegal and shall be punishable by law with prison and confiscation of equal amount in the name of Government.
6. An APP shall be introduced by the Government to register FIR against any crime. Government shall overlook performance of police through this complain register.
7. Any person involved in bribing shall be ineligible for any Government Post. A mechanism shall be introduced to ridicule corrupt elements in the society.
8. Government services shall be made time restricted.
9. Traders must trade through banking channels.
10. Tehsils must generate its own revenues other than provided by the provincial government.
11. Tehsil budgets shall be advertised on each major position in the Tehsil and in in each union council. We must finish the secracy or executive control over the allocations. These must be publicized for the general public to held accountable.
12. Industries in the Private Sector shall be divided equally among Tehsils and allocation shall be done for each Tehsil.
13. Each Tehsil shall also encourage industrilization in its boundaries to reduce burden on other tehsils or from major cities.

Technically i was thinking that there will be change in the PTI period but things are same or even getting worse. Crimes are increasing at an alrming level and there is no focus of Government towards it.

Please let NAB do its work and encourage them to do better and held them accounable for inefficiency.

Usman Buzdar was most stupid selection. I do not know why such a selection.
At least people shall feel that things are changing and improving even if painted.
There is no such thing on ground and does not seem in near future..............
Bureaucracy is corrupt and incompetent. Even incompetence is protected by judiciary and unions.............What thing one can do under such as dead as stone society..............Believe me nothing one can do..........................even if he wants

We can understand ecocomic issues but it can not stop you from doing whatever you can..........

there should be cut off date for this and only corruption after that should be investigated

Corruption is not issue of Government. We have independent institutions. Even this is also a do able suggestion.
