All assumptions after the murder took place. If he (Mr Dabardoos MBBS) had any information, what stopped him to inform the intelligence agencies to stop the murder before it happened? I can give more better assumptions from abroad.

How can you say this? any proof? The problem is that the enemy illegally arrested (abducted) a high ranking Pakistani soldier at Islamabad, the most secure city and no one had any knowledge? The enemy crossed the boder and we had no information. The enemy took him to different cities and even then we had no information. They say this and that for which we have no information.

We are one nation. You can speak Urdu every where. We are bilingual (mostly) and trilingual every where. The best Urdu is spoken by Barahvi followed by Balochs and then other people. We have a mother tongue, father tongue and English as 2nd language.
