Parties you support have come into power multiple times with help of Establishment. You can already see people and equipment working on drainage. One road anywhere in the world can have drainage issues specially if it is the first rain of the season. Compare this with 30+ years of rule and they are far better. I would go on stretch and say last rule of PTI was even better then this one.
Finally, you can make the same point without using the abusive language. Not sure why you thought it was necessary.
