یہ وعدہ وفا کرنے والے خمیر سے پیدا ہی نہیں ہوئے۔ عدالت میں بیان دیں کہ ہم سے غلطی ہوئی ہم دولت کے لالچ میں آ گئے ۔اس کے بعد پیسہ واپس کریں اور پھر یہ وعدہ کریں کہ کبھی اپنی شکل سے ہماری دل آزاری نہیں کریں گے ۔ ورنہ جہاں سڑ رہے ہیں سڑتے رہیں
he was jailed with qiad e bamushaqat.meaning cleaning latrines, claning yard and braking bricks with hammer all day. so what happened to that, first he must retrun the money with interest, or all those fancy apartments, than must serve the full time and than his citizenship in England rervoked by request of Govt. of Pakistan as a crminal's citizenship is taken from any criminal by the laws of U.K.

If corruptors returned all the looted money, it doesn't mean their records are clean, no crime was made by them. That's their responsibility to return all the looted money to the country, but the unlawful acts they have done are crimes, and crimes are not acceptable. Leave them or not will only be considered when they;
1- returned all looted money with extra 50% of the actual amount of looted money,
2- publicly accept their crimes,
3- publicly ask forgiveness from the nation and the state (nation or justice department will decide, I think nation is a better option)
4- make a promise that they will not do bad things again (also, agree on some conditions which will take place against them if they do bad things again)
After that "nation or Justice department will decide" (through a referendum or whatever fair method is) that they should be forgiven or not.

the enemy that writer talks about has already been silenced and is offering looted money by its own and not been asked yet, so stop making those as the gods, they will not be able to interfere any more and will be embarrassed to such extend that they will offer all that is based of truth and facts to Pakistan. Inshallah.
Have you guys ever worked in Credit collection? I guess not. You would realize how much of an impossible task it is to get back money which has crossed borders. Forget about it. Devote attention someplace meaningful. You can prosecute such people all you want. Hang them if you like, but the Money; na na na na.. not getting back.

Whether they return the money or not is now immaterial. Under a Presidential ordinance they should be tried by a summary military court and shot. It is time to set an example otherwise plunder on a far greater scale will be seen. FIA , NAB and all these agencies are staffed by the most dishonest people of Pakistan. These agencies should also be disbanded and tried by special courts and even if there is only a vague hint of their collusion with these plunderers they should be shot as they are abettors in the rape of Pakistan.
