I think for an automatic system there has to be uninterrupted power supply which is not available. Har roze to load shedding ho rhi hoti hay.

Year these can get power supply directly from high power lines. The problem is that a system like that is not even in the offing. Human losses by railways have been reduced in almost all developing and developed countries. This cannot be done manually, the stakes and risks are quite high. We just cannot say sorry to people who lost lives today. It is completely avoidable. It should be done on priority basis.
