They are only getting released on bail. Rather than putting them in 5-star jails at cost of taxpayers money, best is to release them on bail.

Judiciary is not upto the mark and sadly, NAB is still filled with incompetent officers.

solid point kahan se laate. SC ke asal faislay ma hi assumption pe saza di. assume kiya gaya ke wo maalik hain assume kiya gaya ke beneficial owners hain etc. mera khayal to wo faisla hi overturn ho jaye ga in future. us faislay ma kuch saabit nae kiya NAB ne. this is main problem

In this bench, you had khosa and gulzar who called him a godfather, and punished him directly. what a HUGE u-turn!! Is there anything stopping the courts legalizing all the ill-gotten money? as they did with Hudabiya, and now with Avenfield. shame on the courts for not protecting the rights of poor Pakistanis, and shame on everyone who defended these judges aasia maloona acquittal!

One more point, the reason the courts are shamelessly legalizing theft is that ik has taken nro pills and gone to sleep. there was no way that these courts would have the guts to do this if people were protesting in the thousands. Same way aasia maloona review is buried because of the public reaction. This means all of the pti drama was just to get into power, and had nothing to do with fighting for the rights of the poor
