Good gesture and I know patwaris will jump up and down making fun of it but it should not have been accepted on grounds of security. Our head of state is much safer on a commercial flight vs. jet of another state owned entity who harbored his political opponents for almost a decade and who are in jails right now and large commercial businesses in that country. The offer should have been rejected on security grounds.
