The opposition don't like the MTI because it puts the Health system in independant hands so MP's can't interfer or intercept the funding like they normally do. A good way to stop corruption hence the PPP and PMLN are up in arms.
The UK NHS has a similar model where different areas have their own NHS Trust which manages everything.
