Poll: Pakistan Citizen Portal App performance

I've heard some negative reviews for this application and the way it marks unresolved complaints with the status "Relief Granted". However, many people I've talked to say they are happy with the way this system handles complaints.

Lodged a complaint against police at the end i got only disappointment. There was an inquiry conducted by police men and they cleared their peeti brothers and declare my complaint false!
