SO yup the electoral system is properly ruined and favors regional parties over national parties and none of the party has ever took steps to reform it because it suits them

The sad thing about Pakistan is that people start crying when something goes up in price by 1 rupee. They simply cannot understand the concept of inflation and taxation and want everything for nothing. PTI may put out the right policies and get rid of corruption but I'm afraid the jahils are in the majority and will send us back into the past by voting PMLN next time.
The rural voters are generally selfish and will only vote for someone they know can give them something such as funding for a new road. Most will stick to who their elders voted for, no matter what.

Having said that I think PTI is not totally naive and is saving the best policies for the last 2 years on their tenure. They know the Pakistani mindset and will capitalize on the short memories of the voters.
