PM Portal and national highways couldn't fix the reported problem

My village road is broken, big pot holes and vehicles are getting damaged so i made a complaint on PM Portal few weeks ago. Toady i received a reply from national highways saying there is no funds and partially the compliant is fixed and closed. What type of Micky mouse system is that?

Is it my job to collect funds?

Is it my job to bring road tax so roads can get repaired?

What is the solution?

this problem should get resolved through local bodies or local government. It was another of Imran khan promises that he I hope fulfils.

This portal is useless. 2 of my complains are pending from weeks. One is against DHA for not receiving plot from 12 years, the inaction is obvious(Abu jo hen army walay PTI k).

میری ایک اسی قسم کی درخواست پر اسی قسم کا جواب آیا تھا لیکن اس میں ساتھ یہ بھی لکھا تھا کہ فنڈز کی درخواست کی ہوئی ہے جیسے ہی فنڈز ملیں گے سٹرک بن جائے گی۔ اور واقعی میں ایسا ہی ہوا ۔ نہ صرف دو ماہ بعد اس سڑک پر کام شروع ہوا بلکہ مکمل بھی ہوا۔ ​

But why they have closed the complaint when its not resolved?

We love Imran Khan its not his fault the presvious dakus are at fault
