PM must intervene to rejuvenate Pakistan's cricket.

It is not only these two but the whole management, coaching and training teams should be replaced. Players must be selected on merits alone and not because of nepotism, favouritism, and bribery by the bookies.
This England tour has been a total disaster and if PCB refused to learn any lesson from this humiliation, it will destroy our cricket. We need batting and bowling coaching who are well equipped and conversant with in-depth batting, bowling, and fielding techniques and skills as well as the psychology of the game to train our players to compete with the rest of the world.
Long Tablighi beards and ankle-length shalwars of our coaches will not help our cricketers unless they have deep scientific and technical knowledge of the game. Pakistan has an abundance of players with great potentials to compete with any team in the world but they are left sitting on the benches as spectators and not given opportunities to advance their potentials further.
I believe that the reason we miserably failed on this tour was because of the bad team selection and relying on the batsmen and bowlers who failed us repeatedly. I hope and wish that PM Imran Khan will find some time to consult with the PCB management and take every necessary decision to repair many fault lines cracking our cricket.

Last thirty years of corrupt regimes have changed our psyche. Team work has no value any more. We should concentrate individual achieved sports like cycling, running or Olympic type sports.

Cricket has been changed like hockey changed long time ago and we didn't work on it and now see hockey where we stand.

mgmt and coach still relay on old tactics and training.

player fitness, training and mgmt all work together but in our team everyone is going in different direction because they have their interest.
