Most of these Ministries should be abolished anyway.

There is no need to keep ministries like:

IT, religious affair, Overseas Pakistanis, Housing, Communication, Kashmir & Gilgit Affairs, Information, Commerce & Textile, Maritime Affairs, Parliamentary Affairs, Privatization etc. etc.

Even interior ministry is useless. NADRA is also a useless institution. Passport operations should be handed to Foreign Office and all NIC & ID issuance should be handed to local district governments.
