we dont need the whole liver like kidney, lung or heart transplant!
Just a portion of matching donor is enough as liver has regenerative properties, its critical to match as closely as they can.
May Allah help him.

Not even half sir! 1 half of a smaller lobe.(smaller portion)
Liver transplantation is very specialized field I dont think so we have huge expertise in Pak.
SKMH and SIUT surgeons have done a few successfully, If my close circle got such need I would suggest UK or money stricken India as both are supreme in Liver transplant and post transplant rejection remedies.
