With sorry to judiciary, but they are the big problem to destroy performance culture in Pakistan.
To every corrupt, they are providing protection. It must be discussed on institutions level. In this way where everyone has protection, its not possible to deliver or perform.

The judiciary system is corrupt to th core.
That kana CJ has caused Pakistan to pay 6 billion dollar to the foreign companies for stopping the Rekodik deal.
LHC has stopped the jit on model town massacre.
These court will give relief to the corrupt even on Saturday and entertain their petition right away while a poor can not even get his case heard for generations.
These are Sharif courts and the judges are involved in corruption as well.
Latest example is faiz isa who closed the hudaybia paper mill case obviously for some gains.
Judiciary is still full of judes like ex cj Lahore justice Qayyum.
