This should be looked at from financial point of view only not by Klsara’s eyes where every thing is corruption. If the hotel is say worth $700 million how much net income we are receiving from it let’s say 10% ie 70 million. We owe nearly 100 billions to the world some of the loans at the rate of 12 to 13% taken by last govt If we sell and repay a 3% difference will save us 21 million plus all the hassle of running a hotel. ZulfI Bokahri has been in property business in England for years so what’s wrong with him being involved in. We have suffered billions of losses because of Justice Chodreys interference in Pakistan Steel mills and Reqo Dic cases It should only become news if the hotel is being sold lower than its market value. This piece seems to be just a try by unemployed journalist to sensationalise no news

پراپرٹی کی صرف انکم نہیں دیکھی جاتی ہر سال اسکی ویلیو بھی بڑھتی ہے اگر پندرہ سال پہلے کی ویلیو لگایں تو اب تین گنا سے زیادہ ویلیو بڑھ چکی وہ بھی انکم میں ڈیوآئیڈ کریں ، بیچنا یا کسی کو شامل کرنا صرف حرام خوری اور کمشن کی وجہ ہے کچھ حرام خور صرف اپنی کمشن اور لوٹ مار کی وجہ سے مس گائیڈ کر کے غلط مشورے دیتے ہیں

Their actions are typical Pakistani no different than from most to have their picture taken with rich or famous so that they can net work and make money. They all do it. What we need to do is to ensure that there is no hanky panky at tax payers expense.
