استاد جی that contract was proven to be cheapest in Asia. I don't need to tell you how much Donkeys wasted afterwards on buying expensive LNG afterwards.

That's false. It was 13.37 of brent whereas pti signed at 10.2 of brent. Expensive lng was bought because those contracts were defaulted by cargo companies as international demands were high and they could sell at a higher rate. Hence pakistan had to buy on spot.
