London: Initial medical reports suggest that Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) supremo Nawaz Sharif is suffering from swelling of chest Lymph Nodes.

As per details garnered, Shahbaz Sharif and other members of the Sharif family have been informed about the reports.

Bhai yeh wahan low platelet count ki investigation kerwanay gaya hay. Iss main isska bone marrow aur genetic test hona tha. Yeh Lymphatic system main kya daikh rahay hain? Kya lymphatic system sey kahin platelet count ka kuch lena dena hay? I mean koi proteolytic enzyme nikalta hay wahan sey bhi jo blood stream main jata ho ya kisi wajha sey platelet count kam kerta ho?

Its all On physical examination, hence Lymph nodes are mentioned.
You dont do directly very invasive Bone marrow biospy as it will cause further PLT issue. Eventually he will do it if PLT count didnt rise. Lets see. I THINK he is fine walking in UK.
