That may be one reason. Another reason might be that Haris is very loyal to his Bradri Bhai ( Khawaja Nawaz Sharif Butt) who made him advocate general Punjab in last tenure. So, now Haris is making every effort to send his Butt Bhai abroad. In Pakistan and Punjab, Bradri-ism goes very deep, particularly if you enjoyed benefits from your bradri Bhai at one time.
