EU, USA and some other countries have agreed and made laws that any human being can not be taxed twice. so if he own apartment in new york and pay property tax there, Pakistan can not demand that he pay tax on that same property in PK.
Thats why Pak origin eu citizens don't have to pay tax in eu when they buy property in Pakistan, because they pay property tax to pak gov.

Once a Balouch separatist fighter fighting against Pakistani forces, A disgraced caretaker chief minister involved in massive electoral rigging, working for a extremely disgraced and anti Pakistani TV channel, controversial PCB head, rewarded that post for his rigging services.

He has been proved a liar many times over, like when he says he did not receive any money for being PCB head and then a check a published in the media. Another question is where did he get all that money to buy such expensive property and if it was legal then why was he trying to hide that he owns those properties ?
