More budget needed to run Orange Train

She has no idea what she is talking about, on one side she is saying that in order to keep Orange Train operational funds will need to be allocated in the budget and on the other side she is claiming Rs 11 Billion as Revenue?

Best solution to manage Orange Line is to transfer to private sector on lease...............
Private sector will determine the fare structure and government must only take the lease money to pay back the loan and monitor quality of services in the contract....................

I am surprised how green line project can make loss and need subsidy where private vans and buses are operating in the same city at the same fare almost...........Green line has certain advantages such as no traffic obstruction and has its own route to operate without any delays...........................
