Point is, where are the convictions to match these allegations?? Lack of convictions is what allows these goons to walk around with puffed chests all day long. Prosecution and judiciary is pathetic, if they cant even convict in the face of such glaring money laundering evidence.

And my associated question is, how has SECP not fined them yet for regulatory non-compliance on these transactions?

Noon league ruled punjab for 30 yrs and Federal for more than 10 yrs. They have appointed ordinary lawyers as Judges, they have managed Police department and the head of all other departments have also been appointed by them. So its very easy for them to roam free through these all corrupt peole. The majourity of our people do corrupt practices , like giving bribes , mixing unhealthy item in foods, lying on daily bases, breaking signals, throw dirt on streets etc etc. Most of our people dont think corruption is an evil . So the schooling of people is very necessary to make the society clean.

Who should we blame? Keep in mind this is the 2nd consecutive term of PTI in KPK, one successful conviction on corruption?

Blame goes both ways. Problem is, govt can't hire and fire in this segment the way IK does with his cabinet. He's likely to be called out for interference.

Let him be called as interferer. If he produces results, either by hook or crook, getting a label of interferer is very small price.

Similarly, putting Maryam back into jail will prove that there is ONE Pakistan, not TWO which I have been witnessing for the past two years. She is a convict, not an accused. Let PMLN get browny points from Maryam serving her jail term. Don’t be too worried about what PMLN will get from it. Worry more about the implementation of law and the bigger issue that you are allowing a convict of 7-year jail-term to sit comfortably in her own home. Ya phir yeh maan jao keh Shehbaz nay GHQ say Maryam kay liay khaas NRO lay kar rakhha howa hai. There is no harm in accepting it!

Judiciary will never cancel her bail at its own unless Govt doesn’t move an application in the court that the ground for her bail no longer exists as her father is not availing any medical treatment. Govt has already stated in IHC that Nawaz’s health is apparently good and that he is not availing any medical treatment. Remember, Maryam was not granted bail for her own health issues.
