Khadim rizvi is NOT a member of parliament or a government official. The only people the chief justice has called for contempt of court has been parliementarians or bureaucrats like Danyal Aziz...Nihal hashmi.....Faisal Raza abdi.....agli baar kisi barey se pooch lena munna

Khadim rizvi is NOT a member of parliament or a government official. The only people the chief justice has called for contempt of court has been parliementarians or bureaucrats like Danyal Aziz...Nihal hashmi.....Faisal Raza abdi.....agli baar kisi barey se pooch lena munna

No dear..may be you don't know the law of contempt of higher Courts or Judges..any person who is the citizen of Pakistan..the law of the land apply on him or her according to the constitution of Pakistan.. Contempt of court law didn't say that it's only apply on Gov official or public office holders...But if a court or judge don't want to act on this law..this is on his or her own will.and what punishment ??..is also depend on the court or Judge..

I didnt say the law doesnt apply to every citizen of the country....I just mentioned that the Chief Justice has only called and applied this law to parliamentarians and bureaucrats....if you look at the history....the chief justice is not here to police the entire 220 million people which is impossible...
